With the free flow of fluids/energy the body has the potential to reestablish health. We will start every day with a yoga, chi gong or free movement session.
In addition we will touch base with more specific and precise approaches of bodywork coming from Osteopathy, entering the work with the fascial system and the cranio-sacral rhythm.
